Dutch Eerste Divisie : Goals galore in Holland

Quiet day on the home front as only a handful of English and Scottish Reserve games so going take the opportunity to take advantage of a rare Monday full card in the Dutch 2nd tier.

There are 10 games being played and I'm backing goals from a league that produces plenty of them with games easily racking  up 4-5+ goals.

Dutch Eerste Divisie  (KO 7pm)

The Eerdivisie is a firm favourite with the site on a Friday night and is the highest scoring second tier of any of the main leagues in Europe. All but one of the 20 teams in this league average over 2.5 goals and with half the clubs averaging over 3 goals  a game, its no surprise  its a favourite league goals.

Sadly prices reflect this with games priced up incredibly short so rather than identify games to make a worthwhile double or treble I'm going to back a joint league effort and a market that I like, total match goals.

Skybet have markets set at 34+ at even money and yes that averages out just over 3 goals per game needed, however, with a full card, you can almost guarantee at least 2 or 3 of these games will goal goals crazy and deliver us 5 or 6+ goal

Those games give you a bit of a buffer if any of the other matches fall below three and there isn't usually too many of them.

Looking through the fixtures  quite a few stand out for goals and they should set us in good stead to reach 34 goals especially as we are now in the business end of the season. It's a fair enough target to hit and I like the market especially when you have a full card, for me, more games in this league see goals than don't which gives this a great chance.

Recommended Bet:

  • Eerste Divisie 34+ goals to be scored
  • 1/1 (Skybet) (NAP)
  • All 10 matches over 1.5 match goals
  • 3/1 (Skybet)

Some other goal bets from this league for small stakes

  • Goal in the first half of all matches
  • 11/1 (Skybet)
  • All 10 matches over 2.5 goals
  • 60/1 (Skybet)
