He has won first-up in the past and his two barrier trials ahead of his return to the races have been solid. This is his chance to return to winning form.

No. 4 Institution

Institution has had a string of second place finishes and he may never have a better chance to return to winning form. He clearly has taken a liking to this distance at Grafton and he is probably racing in career best form. Barrier six is ideal and Liam Blanch should be able to take him to the front in the early stages of this contest.

No. 1 Big Brook

Big Brook made his racing debut with a more than credible performance at the Sunshine Coast and I don’t think that this race is any stronger. He should take good benefit from that effort and he does look to have more upside than the rest of this field at Grafton this afternoon.

No. 2 Dubai Tycoon

Dubai Tycoon was only narrowly denied at the Sunshine Coast last start and two starts ago he recorded an impressive win at the same venue. This is a genuine drop in quality and on his recent form he does look to have a clear edge over the rest of this field.
