Wagga - Race 1 12:35pm AEST
No. 1 Biscara
Biscara returned to winning form with a comfortable victory at Gundagai and she should take good improvement from that performance. She has generally raced in much higher quality contests than this one and on her best form she does have a genuine class edge over the rest of this field. The Rubick fily will get a lovely run in transit from barrier four and should be able to make it two wins on the trot.
Wagga - Race 6 3:40pm AEST
No. 6 Blueant
This is an interesting edition of the Wagga Guineas and it is an open betting race, but Blueant is the horse to beat. He is only a lightly-raced galloper, but he has improved each time that he has been seen at the races this campaign and he never gave his rivals a chance when he led from start to finish at Nowra last start. He will take up the running in the early stages of this contest and will prove tough to beat.
Wagga - Race 7 4:20pm AEST
No. 2 Greysful Glamour
Greysful Glamour is absolutely flying this campaign and she can claim another feature race win in the Wagga Cup. She won the Mannerism Stakes in Melbourne at the start of her campaign and she bounced back from a poor effort at Flemington to finish in the placings in both the Epona Stakes and the JRA Plate. This race is a genuine drop in class and she will make her own luck in the early stages of the race.
Wagga - Race 8 5:00pm AEST
No. 2 Shelby Sixtysix
Shelby Sixtysix has shown good ability during his racing career to date and he was able to breakthrough for a maiden race win at Wagga last start. He still has the scope to improve on that performance and he has more upside than the rest of this field. The Toronado gelding has shown some tactical versatility during his racing career to date and this looks like a lovely race for him.
