49ers vs Seahawks Props – Best Team and Player Prop Bets

  • The San Francisco 49ers visit the Seattle Seahawks at 4:25pm ET in a game matching NFC West rivals
  • The 49ers will be missing two key running backs as Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson Jr. both have ankle injuries
  • Read below for some of our favorite prop bets in this NFC West showdown

The high-scoring Seattle Seahawks – who also give up a lot of points – host the San Francisco 49ers at 4:25pm ET Sunday in what should be an interesting matchup between NFC West teams at Quest Field.

Both teams have injury issues at running back.

San Francisco (4-3) will be without Jeff Wilson Jr. (ankle). In last week’s 33-6 rout of the New England Patriots, Wilson filled in admirably for the injured Raheem Mostert (ankle), rushing for 112 yards and three touchdowns.

Rookie Deejay Dallas is the only Seahawks’ running back certain to play. Carlos Hyde (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Seattle (5-1) while Chris Carson (foot) and Travis Homer (knee) are questionable.

Thus, no props have been posted for any running backs on either team.

The Seahawks are a 2.5-point favorite and the over/under is 53.5.

Brandon Aiyuk (SF) 4.5 (O +128 | U -159) 53.5 (O -125 | U +102) N/A

Odds taken Oct. 31 from FanDuel, DraftKings and FOXBet

Prop #1: Brandon Aiyuk Over 4.5 Receptions

The 49ers will also be without top wide receiver Deebo Samuel (hamstring). That may not be such a big factor against Seattle’s pass defense, which is the last in NFL, surrendering 368.7 yards a game.

The Seahawks will be missing cornerback Shaquill Griffin (concussion). Nickel corner Ugo Amadi (hamstring) is doubtful and safety Jamal Adams (groin/illness) is questionable.

So even though 61% of San Francisco’s offensive plays have been runs in the last two weeks, look for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to air things out.

That could mean a big day for rookie wide receiver Brandon Aiyuik. He had a breakout game against the Patriots with six receptions for 115 yards.

Both figures were season highs for the first-round draft pick from Arizona State.

Pick: Brandon Aiyuk over 4.5 receptions (+128), 1.0 unit

Prop #2: Russell Wilson Over 2.5 TD Passes

San Francisco’s defense was outstanding in back-to-back wins over the Los Angeles Rams and Patriots. The 49ers allowed a combined 22 points and had five interceptions.

However, the 49ers will have their hands full with Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, the favorite to win NFL MVP. Wilson’s 115.9 passer rating tops the NFL as he has completed 71.8% of his attempts for 1,582 yards and 17 touchdowns.

Wilson might be up for some trickery on Halloween weekend.

Though Wilson threw three of his six interceptions this season in last week’s 37-34 OT loss to the Arizona Cardinals, he still put on quite a performance. He finished with a season-high 388 passing yards and added 84 more on the ground.

It is instructive to note that Wilson has thrown at least three touchdown passes in five of six games this season. He also has a 31-8 career record following a loss in his career.

Pick: Russell Wilson over 2.5 TD passes (+142), 1.0 unit

49ers vs Seahawks Scoring Props

Player Odds to Score 1st TD Odds to Score Any TD
Tyler Lockett (SEA) +650 -110
George Kittle (SF) +700 -105
DK Metcalf (SEA) +700 -105
Brandon Aiyuk (SF) +900 +130
Jerick McKinnon (SF) +900 +135
Carlos Hyde (SEA) +950 +145
Chris Carson (SEA) +950 +145
Travis Homer (SEA) +950 +145
JaMycal Hasty (SF) +1000 +135
Tevin Coleman (SF) +1000 +135

Prop #3: Jerick McKinnon Scores First Touchdown

These teams are meeting for the first time since the final game of the 2019 regular season when the 49ers won a 26-21 thriller in Seattle to capture the division title.

It came down to the last play.

The 49ers’ touchdowns in that game came from Mostert (two) and Samuel (one). Neither will play this time.

Wilson threw two touchdown passes, one each to Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf. Marshawn Lynch had the other Seahawks’ other TD before moving on to SBD.

Let’s look for a value play and go with 49ers running back Jerick McKinnon to score the first touchdown, particularly with San Francisco missing two running backs.

McKinnon has four touchdowns on 61 touches after sitting out the two previous seasons because of a severe knee injury.

Pick: Jerick McKinnon to score 1st TD (+900), 1.0 unit
