Daily Racing Tips – Thursday 1st April

Pakenham - Race 1 6:00pm AEDT

No. 2 Beautox

Beautox has raced well without winning during her racing career to date and she finds herself in a winnable contest at Pakenham tonight.

She has form around some good horses this campaign and this field is no tougher than what she faced at Echuca last start.

Ben Allen will be able to settle her right on the speed and she will have every possible chance in the run.

Pakenham - Race 2 6:30pm AEDT

No. 4 Boschendal

Boschendal is deserving of his status as a dominant favourite for this contest at Pakenham.

He has improved each time that he has been seen at the races this campaign and he was only narrowly denied by Pal D’Oro last start.

The Turffontein gelding will settle in the second half of the field, but he will be storming home late.

Pakenham - Race 7 9:00pm AEDT

No. 3 Kipketer

Kipketer carried a big weight to score victory at Ballarat first-up and he was gallant in defeat at Geelong last start.

There is no doubt that he is racing in career best form and a repeat of that sort of performance will make him tough to beat.

He will roll forward with Jamie Mott in the saddle and give his rivals something to catch.

Pakenham - Race 8 6:30pm AEDT

No. 8 Field OF Roses

Field Of Roses is a gelding with plenty of upside and it wouldn’t surprise to see him go to another level this campaign.

He finished his maiden racing campaign with a very good effort at Flemington and on exposed form he does look to have a genuine edge over the rest of this field.

Barrier five is ideal and he will have every possible chance in the run.
