Daily Racing Tips – Thursday 31st Mach

Kyneton - Race 5 3:30pm AEDT

No. 9 Heleva Deel

Heleva Deel is a consistent type that looks capable of scoring a well-deserved win.

The daughter of Dundeel made up ground from midfield to finish a nose second in a similar race here last start, and she only needs to hold that form to be a real factor.

She’s drawn to get a similar run in transit from barrier 4 and should be very tough to hold out late.

Kyneton - Race 6 4:00pm AEDT

No. 2 Tydeus

Tydeus was a clear winner on debut a couple of years ago at Warrnambool and looks more than capable of scoring on return.

Given, it’s been a long time in between drinks for the son of Written Tycoon, but he did look good winning a recent Pakenham jump out.

He’s drawn to receive a soft run in behind the speed and should be finishing off strongly for new trainer Reece Goodwin.

Kyneton - Race 7 4:30pm AEDT

No. 1 Magnum Bullet

Magnum Bullet has won twice from three starts over this track and trip and was also a handy winner at Kilmore three back in a BM64.

He’s worth forgiving on his run at The Valley earlier in the month when he was held up down the straight, and he should appreciate getting back to 1200m after battling on fairly over further at Ballarat.

This is also a drop back in grade, and from barrier 9, he should have no problem pushing forward and making his own luck on speed.

Kyneton - Race 8 5:00pm AEDT

No. 1 Royal Filly

This sets up nicely for Royal Filly in just her third career start.

The lightly raced mare by Pierro won well on debut at Pakenham two years ago before finding the rise to 1800m a stretch too far at Flemington.

She hasn’t been seen since, but her recent jump outs were strong and she maps to get the gun run close to the rail.
