With David Montgomery on the shelf again this week, rookie Jahmyr Gibbs is once more the feature back for the Lions. He was one of the team’s few bright spots in last week’s 38-6 loss at Baltimore.

He had 11 carries for 68 yards. More importantly, Gibbs made nine receptions on 10 targets for 58 yards. With Detroit hurting along the offensive line, quick-hitting outlet passes to Gibbs could be a vital weapon in the club’s arsenal against the Raiders.
