Unfortunately for fans, there will be a week-long hiatus between the end of the conference finals and the start of the Mavericks/Celtics series. Game 1 will take place in Boston on Thursday, June 6.

If the series goes the full seven games, it will culminate with Game 7 at TD Garden on Sunday, June 23. All seven games will tip-off at either 8:10 or 8:40 pm ET.

The Celtics won both games against the Mavericks in the regular season, and they weren’t close. The Celtics earned a 119-110 win in Dallas on Jan. 22 as 2.5-point road favorites, getting a game-high 39 points from Jayson Tatum.

Six weeks later, Boston routed Dallas 138-110 at TD Garden with Tatum once again leading the way with 32 points.

Notably, the Mavericks had both Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving in the lineup for both lopsided defeats.
