UFC 329 heads to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV, tonight, and the McGregor vs Holloway 2 rematch headlines a stacked card on Paramount+. Conor McGregor and Max Holloway run it back with Holloway stepping up to 170 pounds, and I have built a three-leg parlay around the fights I feel most confident about.

All three of my UFC 329 parlay legs are moneyline favorites, combining to shorten the overall price but stacking three fighters I trust to get their hands raised. Holloway anchors the ticket at -230, with Saint-Denis at -148 and Sandhagen at -135 rounding it out. Each pick is broken down below, and if you parlay them together you’re looking at a +319 payout if all the bets win.

Leg 1: Max Holloway Moneyline (-230)

I am firmly backing Max “Blessed” Holloway to defeat Conor “The Notorious” McGregor on the moneyline. Holloway enters the cage with a highly experienced 27-9 record, having faced an absolute gauntlet of top contenders. McGregor holds a 22-6 record, but his octagon activity has fallen off a cliff compared to Holloway’s relentless schedule.

Stylistically, Holloway possesses a noticeable height advantage at 180 cm compared to McGregor’s 175 cm. While McGregor boasts a massive 188 cm reach, I expect Holloway’s elite cage-cutting and volume striking to neutralize that physical discrepancy entirely.

Weighing in at 170 pounds fundamentally changes the power dynamics of this matchup, and I trust Holloway’s cardio and relentless combinations to overwhelm McGregor before the championship rounds.

UFC 329 Parlay Pick #1: Max Holloway (-230 at DraftKings)

Leg 2: Benoit Saint-Denis Moneyline (-148)

The second leg of my parlay targets Benoit Saint-Denis to handle Paddy Pimblett in the co-main event lightweight bout. Saint-Denis is a powerful, aggressive finisher who thrives in close-range exchanges and possesses legitimate one-punch knockout power.

Pimblett has shown durability issues in the past, and the +124 underdog price reflects legitimate concerns about his ability to survive against elite competition.

With the Over/Under set at 2.5 rounds (-160 Under), oddsmakers clearly expect a finish here. I believe Saint-Denis is the man to deliver it, making his moneyline at -148 the sharpest value on the co-main card.

UFC 329 Parlay Pick #2: Benoit Saint-Denis (-148 at DraftKings)

Leg 3: Cory Sandhagen Moneyline (-135)

To round out my parlay, I am taking Cory Sandhagen to defeat Mario Bautista in their bantamweight showdown. Sandhagen out-landed Bautista 17 to 9 in significant strikes (31.5% connection rate) during their 2019 meeting, demonstrating a clear technical edge in the matchup.

The Over/Under at 2.5 rounds with heavy juice on the Over (-245) suggests this fight goes deep, which plays directly into Sandhagen’s wheelhouse as a volume striker with elite cardio.

At -135, Sandhagen offers excellent closing value for a fighter of his caliber against a tough but limited opponent.
